I can't believe that youtube doesn't have this as an embed option. It's a bit of a process and now every time I do it, I have to go through a set of instructions I've written for myself. It does open up a whole new way to catch the visitor's eye - but it doesn't shine a laser beam in their eye - or an air horn in their ear.
