Understanding costs is one thing, but if you don&#039;t move forward, you will be a follower and not a trendsetter. It&#039;s important to take some risks, even with a tough economy. Like they say, &quot;If you&#039;re good at what you do, you will succeed.&quot; But, you have to risk some to gain some. What can you provide your customers with that you&#039;re competition can&#039;t? I love your point about focusing on strengths and weaknesses. Highlight your strengths and find that niche that you excel in. If you&#039;re always doing what everyone else is doing they will have no reason to give you business over someone else. Make that point loud and clear.</description>
